Shanxi Golden Industry Group Co.Ltd. deals with coal extraction,coal
washing, coking, generate electricity and coal tar processing etc.
.It is an enterprise of comprehensive utilization of coal chemistry
and one of the advanced unit of environmental protection in Shanxi
province.
The company owed one coal mine with 600 thousands mt coal per
year ,one plant of coal washing, with 1200 thousands mt coal feeding
per year; one coking plant with the capacity of 600 thousands mt
coke per year; and had a coke oven gas power plant, with 2×1500KW
generator capacity; The company carried out modern system of administration,
and with rich manpower and technological resources, it has become
one of the ten major project items in Xiaoyi,Shanxi
The coking plant with 600 thousands mt capacity of high quality
metallurgical coke, adopt 58-ⅡG model of combination coke oven,
which with the specific property of hair-pin flues fire pipe, under
jet,waste-gas circulation, easy operating and maintenanse,possess
ripe technologe.the twin unequal screws coal charging technologe,
which to be Introduced from Gemany,improve the environment of the
oven top,and reduce the emission of pollutant.
The plant of coal washing, with 1200 thousands mt coal feeding
per year;adopted SKT97-14 model jigging machine with air room minus
mesh, and adopted the XJM-16 model flotation machine,with computer
controlled ,it not only improve the aotomatic degree but also reduce
the labor intensity.of the workers.
The power plant, with 2×1500KW generator capacity;adopted the
coke oven gas to generate electricity ,it can purify the environment
and save on the energe resources.
The total investment of the project is about 220 million RMB
yuan .The volume of sales per year is about 550 million RMB yuan
and The average rate of profits may reach to the level of 65 million
RMB yuan.Another item of the 3rd terms of 600000 mt coke oven project
has been approved by the government of Luliang Region of Shanxi,and
the item of 300000 mt/year Coal-Tar Processing was approved by the
State Committee of Planning & Development in August 25th,2002.and
There have been another iem being well prepared to construct:that
is the 50000KW Gangue Generate Power Plant. When the Above all items
will be finished, our company will develop to and become a new coal
chemistry enterprise with environmental protection,high technologe,and
high additional economic valume.
Shanxi Golden Industry Group Co.Ltd is located in the Wutong
Industrial Zone, 10km from XiaoYi City,north against to the Wu-Yu
highway,east against to the Fen-Jie highway,1.5km to the South XiaoYi
Railway Station,with transportation facilities.The company take
up 360 mu(Chinese yield) land ,except for all the production district
,we have set up 8000㎡ living quarters for staff and workers to live
,1700㎡dinning hall and multi function club,500㎡ public bathhouse,
trees,flowers and grassland everywhere in the worker's living district.A
